We’re super excited about this coffee! It is bright, floral and sweet. The cupping notes don't lie: Lots of sweet grapefruit, black tea, berry and sugary notes. This coffee is fully washed, dried on drying tables and is 100% bourbon varietal, hence the sweetness. Definitely an exciting pour over. This is a co-op sourced coffee with over 1200 farmers contributing to the washing station. Elevation is 1820-2000 meters above sea level (roughly 6,000 feet in elevation). That's where the acidity comes from: slow maturation of the cherries, making this coffee sparkle.
