Honduras Proyecto Cabanas
Proyecto Cabanas is a collective project put together at the renowned Beneficio San Vincente in Cabanas, Honduras. The original concept behind this blend was to bring together the best of the region’s farmers to allow those with smaller properties, to get their coffees to market. The initial project started in 2012 with 3 farmers and now it has grown to 40 farmers compiling their coffee to create this regional blend.
This is a very comfortable drinking coffee with a heavy, syrupy body, layered notes of caramel and a clean citrus finish. It is very well versed for any coffee drinker looking to explore how good coffees from this region are.

Roast (1 light - 10 dark): 2
Acidity (1 low -10 high): 5
Body (1 light - 10 big): 5
