Colombia La Primavera Pink Bourbon

La Primavera is a farm located in Pitalito Colombia and is owned and operated by Jose Oliver Galindez. This is a pink bourbon varietal from his farm that he washes and then allows for a prolonged 72 hours of fermentation, split both 36 hours in plastic bags and 36 hours dry fermentation. This process allows for a fruit forward aroma on the green coffee as well as a very sweet and sugary flavor in the cup.

This cup is floral, citrusy, syrupy, candy like and a real sparkling stand out. We have been anxiously awaiting it’s arrival after tasting a sample from the farm a couple years ago. Grab some while you can. We only have 4 bags of it.

Process: Washed

Roast (1 light - 10 dark): 3

Acidity (1 low -10 high): 6

Body (1 light - 10 big): 6

Based on 18g of coffee per cup:

12oz bag of Coffee = 16 (10oz) cups of coffee

2lbs bag of Coffee = 50 (10oz) cups of coffee
