A beautiful, crisp, floral and juicy Geisha varietal from a farm in Santa Barbara, Colombia. We purchased this coffee from Tom at Coffee Shrub and find it very refreshing to drink, with juicy tropical fruits, honey like mouthfeel and a crisp acidity that lingers long in the cup.
The farm is owned by Leonardo Henao who has been in the coffee industry for years. This farm, appropriately named Jardin (Garden in English) is situated in the lush mountains just south of Medellin. Leo grows several different coffee varietals and has been recognized for his Chiroso varietal, winning the 2020 Colombia COE.
We have just 40 lbs. of this coffee which won’t last long. Grab a bag while supplies last.
