Bokasso Cooperative operates at 1800-2000 masl and it is located within the Sidamo region of Southern Ethiopia. Coffee grown in this area widely practices organic agricultural practices. They are known for operating what is called garden coffee farming where coffees are spread out in a lower density form and allowing mixed use of their land.
This is a fruit forward, jammy natural that’ll brew well in just about any brew method. It is definitely a people pleaser natural and one that will not last long, at the rate we are selling it!
